Store freshly harvested mushrooms in the refrigerator in a breathable container, such as the paper bag they are sold in.
Oyster mushrooms last up to 3 days properly stored in the fridge, lions mane mushrooms up to 5 days and shiitake mushrooms up to 5 days. If you don't plan on cooking your mushrooms right away, we recommend sauteeing them and then storing in an airtight container for use within 2 days.
Try and switch out the water in your vase every other day, keep out of direct sunlight, and always keep arangements away from produce such as bananas or apples.
We never use any dangerous chemicals in our soil, on our plants or making our mushrooms. We use organic soil amendments, no sprays on our flowers and produce, and grow our mushrooms using all natural materials.
Currently the farm is not open to the public. We are a 2 man show and do not have the staffing or infrastructure to allow visitors at this time.
